The next District 21 Regional is the very popular California Capital, May 26th - June 1st at the DoubleTree Inn in Sacramento. It is certainly not too early to make plans ... call the DoubleTree now at 800-222-8733 or 916 929-8855 to make room reservations. The room rates are a very reasonable $84.00 night, single or double. 

If you are driving, the tournament is located just off the Capital Freeway (Business-80) at Arden Way. Address is 2001 Point West Way, the local phone is 916 929-8855. 

The play schedule features five Knockout Team events, the sixty annual California Capital Open Swiss Championship, Stratified Pairs and Side Games Series each day plus a full ticket of Senior Pairs games and Intermediate/Newcomer sessions. 

The California Capital Open Swiss will be a qualifying event with the two qualifying sessions on Saturday and the final two matches on Sunday. For more information on the schedule or the tournament call Jackie Matthews at
