Super Shuttle
SuperShuttle is committed to providing exceptional guest service for our
customers with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs.
All customers are required to make reservations for transportation into
airports. For transportation out from airports, reservations may be made but
are not required. As to in-bound reservations made at least 24 hours in
advance for a specific pick-up time, SuperShuttle will make its best efforts
to fulfill such reservations within 15 minutes of the requested pick- up
time.
Customers requiring the use of accessible transportation are also encouraged, but not required, to make reservations for outbound trips at least 24 hours in advance and to specify the need for accessible transportation. As to such reservations and except for certain outlying areas, SuperShuttle will use its best efforts to fulfill such reservations within 30 minutes of the requested pick-up time.
